This is what happens when your children witness you being verbally and emotinally abused their entire life. They become bullies themselves. My youngest daughter complained that her brother and sister were verbally abusing her and bullying her. I was shocked and horrified that this should be happening but immediately made the connection between the behaviour of their father towards me and their behaviour towards my youngest daughter. It also highlights the way they had begun to speak to me.
